Managing Director

Aaron is a senior project manager and Director of CPDM. Aaron possesses both a Bachelorís degree of Science and a Bachelorís degree of Civil Engineering. He is a qualified civil engineer and holds a Security Risk Management certificate IV.

Aaron entered the construction industry in 2003, working as a senior Project Manager at Winton Associates – a specialist project management and engineering services consultancy launched at 1978. He has also worked as a site manager for various residential projects.

Michael has been in client side development and project management for over 10 years for projects both nationwide and with a focus on the Sydney CBD including commercial offices, universities, churches, accommodation and infrastructure.

Michael has a proven track record of diverse and dynamic projects requiring both strong relationship skills and an organized and high level competency in project management and resource and time management.

Mark Middlebrook

Senior Project Manager

Mark has over 30 years of practical project management experience in the construction industry. Most project assignments have been on the Client side managing projects from inception to contract completion.

Mark has great relationships with both consultants and builders, has worked on most project types, a comprehensive knowledge of contracts in both drafting and administration and has the proven systems to manage all aspects of project delivery in time, cost, scope, quality and risk.


Project Director and Head of Project Management for Macquarie University Property
Most notable achievements and responsibilities included:

  • D&C with A.W. Edwards as contractor including an Automatic Storage Retrieval System for 1.3 million volumes for the new Macquarie University Library ($90 million)
  • D&C with Watpac as contractor consisting of an integrated fitout of mixed use and specialist rooms including general office space, audiology rooms, anechoic chamber, photonics labs and Magnetoencephalography (MEG) unit for the Hearing Hub Building ($90 million – 25,000 GFA)
  • Integrated learning commons – adaptive re-use of an old library ($9 million)

Senior Project Manager

Mark owned his own residential property development and construction business for over 20 years. Projects were varied and design site specific, ranging from terrace houses, to zero lot line dwellings, to free standing homes. As owner of a small business Mark has had to be multi-disciplined, taking each project from concept to reality and always with an eye to cost control.

Having owned his own construction business, Mark has developed strong knowledge of the building process. All projects required input and management from DA stage, through financing & marketing, to physical construction (on site where required) to completion and post-completion management.


  • Design and construction of 17 terrace houses in Penrith, all with individual owners under separate building contracts and including studio and two lot strata subdivisions.
  • Design and  construction of 5 zero lot homes in Penrith, under separate building contracts.
  • Selection onto Urban Growth Builder Panel for landmark Thornton subdivision in Penrith.
  • Design and  construction of 5 two lot land and strata subdivisions in Oran Park with private equity.
  • Design and  construction of 7 terrace houses and 10 zero lot dwellings in Penrith, all with individual owners under separate building contracts.
  • Design and  construction of speculative 3 lot strata subdivision in Penrith, on a 289 square metre parcel funded by private equity.
  • Design and  construction of 3 two lot land and strata subdivisions, and two individual dwellings in Oran Park with private equity.
  • Selection onto Landcom Builder Panel for rollout of DADHC group homes for the disabled, and design and construction of same in compliance with Government approvals processes.

Assistant Development Manager

Kyra has been working within property development since graduating in 2014 from a BBA majoring in property development, finance and investment and has experience in land acquisitions and project delivery in mainly residential and mixed-use projects.

Kyra has a proven track record of coordinating the acquisition and development of property projects and has developed a strong knowledge of the development process including research, negotiation, planning & design, finance, sales and settlements.

  • Mitchell Avenue Jannali –  Development Application for 31 units (>$15 million)
  • Dunning Avenue, Rosebery – Assisting development of 54 townhouses (>$50 million)

Assistant Development Manager

Having completed a Bachelor’s in Economics and Master’s in Property Development, Sean has been involved in property development since 2014 specifically in the planning and design to delivery of residential and mixed-use projects throughout Sydney.

Sean has both development and project management experience in various stages of a project’s life cycle ranging from initial due diligence and research, tendering and procurement, planning and design through to delivery and the final sales and settlement of a project.

  • Terry Road, Rouse Hill – Assisting in the development and project management of 256 apartments (>$125 million)
  • Pier 99, Pyrmont – Assisting in the delivery and settlement of a mixed-use development containing 72 apartments and CSR’s Gyprock Trade Centre on the ground floor (>$50 million)
  • Larool Crescent, Castle Hill – Assisting in the planning and development of 180 – 350 apartments (>$180 million)
  • Dunning Avenue, Rosebery – Assisting in the development of 54 townhouses (>$50 million)
  • Gannons Road, Woolooware – Assisting in the development and project management of 24 townhouses and 3 free standing homes – (>$30 million)


Assistant Project Manager

Shean has been working in the construction and development industry after graduating from UNSW with a Civil Engineering Degree and has experience in land subdivisions, boarding house and retirement village developments.

Shean’s interest in Architectural design together with his Civil Engineering background enables him to express his value engineering ideas using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software, as well as delivering the project by managing and coordinating with various consultants and stakeholders throughout the project’s life cycle.

Notable project involvement

  • Marston Living Beacon Hill Retirement Living  – Assisting in the development of 32 units retirement village.   
  • French’s Forest Residential Subdivision – Designed and drafted individual development plans for 21 dual occupancy lot subdivision.  
  • Roseville Boarding House – Assisting the development application of a 28 unit single occupancy boarding house. 
  • Dural Land Subdivision – Managed, designed and drafted development plans, and a conceptual stormwater detention system.
