Aaron is Managing Director of CPDM. Aaron possesses both a Bachelor’s degree of Science and a Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering. He is a qualified civil engineer and holds a Security Risk Management certificate IV.

Aaron entered the construction industry in 2003, working as a Senior Project Manager at Winton Associates – a specialist project management and engineering services consultancy launched at 1978. He has also worked as a site manager for various residential projects.

Oliver has over 30 years’ professional experience within the property development industry. A highly experienced project manager, he is technically, commercially and strategically acute in all areas of project delivery – from due diligence and site acquisition to preliminary design, statutory approvals, construction and sales.
