Aaron Liu

Aaron is Managing Director of CPDM. Aaron possesses both a Bachelor’s degree of Science and a Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering. He is a qualified civil engineer and holds a Security Risk Management certificate IV.

Aaron entered the construction industry in 2003, working as a Senior Project Manager at Winton Associates – a specialist project management and engineering services consultancy launched at 1978. He has also worked as a site manager for various residential projects.

Oliver Crosse

Oliver has over 30 years’ professional experience within the property development industry. A highly experienced project manager, he is technically, commercially and strategically acute in all areas of project delivery – from due diligence and site acquisition to preliminary design, statutory approvals, construction and sales. Oliver has played a major role in a variety of complex projects including major multi-storey residential, mixed-use and commercial buildings, hospital, aged care, entertainment and educational developments.

He also managed the NSW development arm of a leading ASX listed REIT, ran his own construction company, managed large single and multi-disciplinary engineering consultancies and lectured in construction management at UNSW.

Mark has over 30 years of practical project management experience in the construction industry. Most project assignments have been on the Client side managing projects from inception to contract completion.

Mark has great relationships with both consultants and builders. He’s worked on most project types and possesses a comprehensive knowledge of contracts in both drafting and administration. Mark works with the proven systems that manage all aspects of project delivery in time, cost, scope, quality and risk.
